Thank you for considering Wayne Tanaka Elementary School for your child's education. Our school serves students in grades K-5 and we welcome all families to apply. To apply for admission, please follow these steps:

Once you have completed the application form, you will need to provide the following to the school's main office:
Out of state & Kinder:

Parent photo ID

Original birth certificate

Shot record
-
Address of previous school if applicable

One (1) proof of address (power, water, gas)

NO phone, cable, insurance or credit card statements.

Copy IEP if Applicable
After we receive your application and all required documentation, we will review your application and make a decision within 14 days. Our team will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the student's enrollment details.
In District Transfer:
