Tanaka Libary
Welcome to the Tanaka Elementary Library, where we foster and encourage a love of reading and learning. Our library is designed to provide a welcoming and inviting space that motivates students to explore new worlds and ideas. We pride ourselves on having an extensive collection of books, ranging from classic literature to new and trending titles, alongside educational resources to support classroom learning. Policies
Students kindergarten through fifth grade come to library once every six days. Books are due the next time they come to the library. Students do not check out if they do not return the book or books. There are no fines for late books. The only time payment is required is if the book is lost or damaged beyond repair. Please contact the library at 702-799-2504 with any questions.
Kindergarten--1 book (Students will not bring them home until after winter break)

Battle of the Books
Students in fourth and fifth grade may participate in Battle of the Books. Students read the 8 books listed below. They will be on a team of 4 to answer questions about these books in a Jeopardy Style game. Student may choose their own teammates. There will be a weekly book club for these titles. Information will come home with interested students at a later date. Please contact me if you have any questions.
